FOC Freaks adjustable insert is exactly that! Full 4.2mm OD stainless steel insert designed for those who want an adjustable weight system in their insert. Fully weighted at 120g and with 6 x 10g break off sections gives you the ability to have an insert that adjusts from 120g down to 40g making this insert a must have for those wanting to achieve precise FOC percentage.
